SIZED 38" & ABOVE - Junior Blazer * (£80.00 - £84.00)

We are no longer selling blazers via the online shop as almost all blazers purchased online for students who have not previously tried on the blazer have to be exchanged for a larger size.

If you wish to purchase a new blazer, please arrange for the student to attend the uniform shop to be fitted. We recommend you accompany the student but if this is not possible then our volunteers are happy to assist them to choose an appropriate size that offers both an acceptable fit now and includes some growing room.

 

WHEN / HOW CAN THE BLAZER BE PAID FOR?

The blazer can be purchased at the time of fitting if the student has a payment method with them (we accept cash (excluding £50 notes), card or ApplePay/GooglePay. Alternatively, we can send a payment link to the parent/carer and the student can collect after payment has been made.

 

WHEN DO WE OFFER FITTINGS?

We offer blazer fittings during our opening times as listed above (except Fridays) but please note this is on a first come, first served basis and may not be possible if our volunteers are busy.

 

To guarantee a fitting time, we offer appointments on a Wednesday. Please make an appointment at str-ptfa-uniform-shop.reservio.com ensuring you book in the student’s name or noting the student name and form under "Notes".

 

 

We currently have standard length blazers available in all sizes from 38" to 48" (in 1" increments from 38" - 44" and 2" increments thereafter) and a good selection of both longs (+1") and extra longs (+2").  We can therefore supply most blazers immediately from our stocks.

 

If we can't provide the size you need immediately, full payment will be requested upon order when we will give you an approximate date we expect your order to arrive.

We have a good selection of Previously Owned Uniform (POU) blazers in the shop in most regular length junior sizes and some long lengths. 

 

Please make an appointment on a Wednesday (at https://str-ptfa-uniform-shop.reservio.com/) or pop in on the first Saturday of the month to take a look.  We may also be open on some other Saturdays – please see above for dates.

Our Lower school blazers are both manufactured and embroidered in South Africa.

 

The Uniform shop team have recently looked at other blazer suppliers to try and overcome the long lead time situation but the Royal blue "Bluecoat" colour of our blazers means there is very little other choice.

 

Some parents have expressed concerns as to the environmental impact of selling blazers produced so far away from home, however, it is now extremely rare for items such as school blazers to be manufactured in the UK, with even those held in large stocks in the UK, being manufactured overseas.
